Is there a minimum commitment?
All packages, except the Pilot, require a 12-month commitment, which can be paid upfront or in monthly installments. Additional Teams can be added to existing commitments.
Is there an account setup fee?
Yes, a small setup fee applies for new accounts. This covers the initial 8-week program to expedite your launch, including team onboarding, configuration, branding, training, and support.
What payment options are available?
Both invoicing and credit card payment options are available for annual or monthly installments.
What is a Film Only contact?
Film Only contacts facilitate requests to film a video with a simplified experience, ideal for capturing videos from employee advocates or hiring managers.
How do additional teams work?
Additional teams can be added to your account, allowing users to switch between teams. This helps in separating activity for business units, regions, or child companies.
Is there VideoMyJob branding in the videos?
Yes, a small 'Powered by VideoMyJob' footer will appear at the end of each video. Depending on the package, this can be removed upon request. Some older plans may have different branding, and you can discuss updating to newer packages with your Customer Success manager.
How do I record and edit videos?
No downloads are required. Videos are recorded from your web browser on desktop or mobile devices. Standard editing is also accessible in the browser, with more advanced editing features available in our mobile app.
Where are the videos stored?
Videos are stored and hosted on the highest levels of AWS infrastructure with no limit on video quantity or data storage (fair use applies). Servers are located in Australia, United States, and Europe to meet security requirements.
Who owns the videos?
All videos created are yours to keep, including Pilots or Trials. Video files can be exported and retained for your use, even if you choose to close your account with VideoMyJob.
Is our data secure?
VideoMyJob operates under the highest standards of information security at all times. We are SOC2 and ISO accredited and will gladly work with your IT Security team to address any questions.
Do you have an option for a product trial?
Yes, in most cases, we are able to offer a short product trial. Simply book a demo with our team to discuss your requirements and determine if a trial will be right for you.
